*Sunday mornings at church (asking for offering money before we left, waiting outside for Nana to finish nursery duty)
*Vacation through New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and California with stops at a meteor hole, the Petrified Forest, Las Vegas, Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon...singing patriotic songs in the back of the van....
*Bedtime chants before going to bed
*Silly drives around town following dinner at Golden Corral
*Vacation to Galveston
*Vacation to Disney World, through Georgia, and up to Nashville before completing the loop back home.
*Consistent letters during a time we were separated
*Sunday lunches at his house
*Vacation to Hot Springs, AR
*Coin collections and how he liked to share this joy with others (kids, waitresses, family, and friends)
*Calling him to come get me from college and the drive back home
*My first car
*A doctor visit to Dallas with a side tour of Downtown Dallas
*Unique Christmas gifts...and their wrapping!
*Eating breakfast or lunch with him before I headed back home
*COWBOYS GAME
*Taking a drive through East Texas looking for photo opportunities
*Reading scripture to him when he was in the hospital
*Visiting via Skype

super impressed Granddaddy knew how to skype. I just learned, he was obviously light years ahead of me....now I know where you get your technology gene from!
