Hehe...

How fun is this...Eli Young Band concert, House of Blues, shopping, a slumber party with lots of girly things (including a great pj exchange), and Nascar all in the same weekend! Fun times with friends from Friday at 3:00 to Sunday evening. Can you hear my giggles? If you were there, did you see the sparkle in my eyes? I hardly slowed down! Yep, I’m exhausted now-but it was worth it. I am so blessed to have such fantastic friends!

And...my sister picked a date for her wedding festivities! I have a part in the planning and that was important! Excitement awaits.

rocks and silver linings

It’s really difficult to be in some positions....kind of like between a rock and a hard spot (to borrow an overused phrase). I find it uncomfortable at best and quite nagging. Ugh! At some point the sun will burn away the clouds, right now there’s just that silver lining. As always, I want to be in fast forward--or maybe scene selection is a better route.
